Listing your home with The Hartman Group

Above the crowd

What you can expect from us

Pre-listing consultation - Advise given for getting your home ready for showings.

Bi-weekly market reports - It is important to keep an eye on the market even after your house is listed.  A bi-weekly report will be given to you so you will know what homes have sold in the last 2 weeks and why they sold and your didn't.

Showing feedback - It is important to know what buyers think of your house compared to its competition. I will always try to get feedback within 24 hours.

Personal contact - Lack of communication is the biggest complaint against real estate agents. I think it is important to have good communication with not just our sellers, but potential buyers and other agents as well. That's why we use our cell phone numbers on signs, flyers and online ads.

Negotiating - I can get you more money! We use the market data from the CMAs (comparative market analysis) to prove the value of your home to the buyer and their agent.

Pricing it right!

Top 3 things that affect price

1. Location   2. Condition   3. Competition

  • We can't change the location
  • We will guide you on assessing / improving condition
  • Price is determined compared to the competition

The list price is not what your home is worth. The list price is the price it will take to get an offer. Your house is worth what someone is willing to pay and you are willing to accept.
